READ THIS BEFORE SENDING!!!!!
- I don't respond to emails asking who a particular person was or what a song was or who a guest was. Typically, I announced that on the show. Go back on the podcast and listen again and you'll find it. With well over 1000 emails a day I cannot respond to these individual questions like this.
- People who send multiple emails per day are blocked. It multiplies the total number of emails I get and I can't keep up. It is a total lack of respect for my time.
- State your issue and main point in the subject line. Imagine if you were reading thousands of emails you would want a good headline that was easy to understand. This helps me later if I go back to find that email to figure out what it was if I know the subject.
- If you don't like something I do or say on the show, turn the dial. I don't have the time or energy to read a complaint that someone has or to hear how offended they were or annoyed by something. Those people are blocked immediately and will never be unblocked.
- I read every email, but I cannot possibly respond to every email. You don't have to wonder if I read your email. I did. I can't help every cause, so just understand that it's nothing personal if I can't help you with whatever you're asking for.
